Syrah

Dry Red Organic Wine

Tasting notes:
Aromas of ripe red fruits infused with spicy earthy character. Richly flavored with dense red and black fruits the palate shows a combination of excellent tanning structure well integrated oak and rounded finish. Aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels.


Food match:

Red meats, venison, aged cheeses.

Merlot

Dry Red Organic Wine

Tasting notes:
Subtle spicy oak with cinnamon and chocolaty mocha notes coupled with ripe red fruit aromas. Intense, rich dark plum is balanced with integrated fine silky tannins. Aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels.


Food match:

Red meats, truffle risotto, grilled vegetable salad.

The "Charalaboglou Estate" series consists of two bottles, each deriving from a single variety, a Merlot and a Syrah. The wines have a rich taste after aging in oak barrels.
